1. Scope
These Terms (“Terms”) govern registration for and use of the services provided by Pastrills. Pastrills means Pastrills helps you build workplace soft skills through short video courses on feedback, conflict and speaking up, at your own pace on any device..
Services means digital and interactive materials supplied through a Subscription, including text, audio, video, images, graphics, artwork, and related resources.
User, you, or your means the person registering for or purchasing a Membership and using the Services through the associated account and Payment Method.
Payment Method means a debit card, credit card, or other accepted payment instrument. Pastrills currently accepts Visa and Mastercard. Registration or use of the Services confirms your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with them, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Registration
You must complete the required registration process to use the Services. Depending on your Subscription, you may need to provide your name, phone number, email, billing address, and payment information.
You must keep all registration details accurate, complete, and current. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally entitled to use the Services in your jurisdiction, and will comply with these Terms and applicable law.
3. Subscriptions, Pricing and Payment
Subscription prices may vary by registration country and may be shown in local or applicable company currency. All payments are processed in your local currency through a secure, SSL-encrypted connection using appropriate security measures to protect your payment information. If a payment attempt fails or is declined, the payment may be automatically retried using the payment method provided.
Where necessary, payment information may be provided to payment processors, banks, financial institutions, or other payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and Pastrills is not responsible for their independent actions or failures. Certain card transactions may include a processing or convenience fee of €0.01-€0.10. Prices and related charges may change periodically. Where legally permitted, notice may be provided through the Website or Service. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

4. Trials and Automatic Renewal
If your Subscription includes a trial, the stated trial charge may be collected when you register. After the trial ends, the recurring Subscription fee will normally be charged automatically according to your selected plan.
Recurring charges may occur on the billing date shown in your confirmation, billing notice, or reminder. By providing payment details, you authorize recurring charges while that authorization remains valid.
If a payment fails, Pastrills may retry collection, and a successful retry may occur after the original billing date. Promotional prices, discounts, special offers, and revised billing arrangements may be introduced or changed. Continued use after applicable changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
5. Confirmations and Service Notices
You will normally receive a welcome or registration email. Depending on the transaction, an order confirmation or invoice may also be provided.
For trials, a reminder will generally be sent about seven days before expiry. For trials of seven days or less, the reminder may be included with the original confirmation or invoice.
If expected account or billing communications are missing, contact [email protected].
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership through the “Cancel Subscription” option, another available cancellation method, or Customer Support.
Unless otherwise required by law or the applicable Subscription, cancellation normally stops future renewals while allowing continued access through the already-paid period. Amounts due before cancellation remain payable.
Unpaid amounts may result in restricted or terminated access. After cancellation or termination, Pastrills may permanently delete the account and associated operational data, stored content, and records, which may not be recoverable.
7. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You may request a 100% refund within 14 days of purchase. Later requests may be considered individually by Customer Support but are not guaranteed unless legally required.
8. Suspension or Termination
Where legally allowed, Pastrills may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice for violations or risks involving the Services, Users, or operations. Reasons may include non-payment, suspected fraud, unauthorized account use, security or technical risks, unlawful conduct, harm to others or Pastrills, regulatory violations, or breaches of these Terms or Website rules.
9. Service Content and Availability
The Services may include written, audio, video, photographic, artistic, graphic, interactive, and other digital content supplied by Pastrills or third parties.
Third-party content is not generally guaranteed by Pastrills for accuracy, completeness, suitability, reliability, or usefulness. Website information may change or become outdated.
Pastrills does not guarantee that all content will remain current or meet a particular purpose. It may review, edit, restrict, replace, or remove content when appropriate.
10. Permitted Use and Licence
Subject to these Terms, your Membership grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for their intended purpose. No ownership of content, intellectual property, technology, or other proprietary material is transferred.
Unless expressly permitted, the Services are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not, without authorization:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, publish, or commercially exploit the Services.
- Create derivative works, products, or services from protected Service materials.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain source code or underlying functionality.
- Access the Services through unauthorized systems, applications, interfaces, or technical methods.
- Use bots, crawlers, scraping tools, scripts, or automated systems to collect information.
- Circumvent security, authentication, technical, or access controls.
- Remove ownership, copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Collect personal information without lawful authority.
- Violate another User’s privacy or security.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Conduct misleading, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized promotional activity involving Pastrills.
- Improperly use Pastrills’s name, trademarks, or branding for search, advertising, or pay-per-click purposes.
- Use the Services for phishing, unlawful activity, harmful conduct, or rights infringement.
- Combine protected materials with third-party content in an unlawful, fraudulent, offensive, deceptive, or misleading way.
- Develop a competing service using the Services.
- Otherwise violate intellectual-property, privacy, contractual, or other rights.
11. Social Media and External Platforms
Links to Pastrills social-media accounts may be provided through the Website.
Such accounts are operated by independent platforms and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Pastrills does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability, losses, damages, or other consequences arising from their use.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Services and their content belong to Pastrills and/or the relevant owners or licensors unless expressly stated otherwise. This includes copyrights, trademarks, artwork, photographs, text, graphics, video, software, designs, and other intellectual property.
Accessing or downloading content through a Membership does not transfer ownership. Only the rights expressly granted by these Terms are provided.
13. Disclaimers and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are supplied “as is” and “as available.” Except for legally non-excludable warranties, Pastrills does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, device compatibility, accuracy, completeness, currency, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or satisfaction of individual expectations.
Interruptions may result from internet or telecommunications failures, traffic, hardware or software issues, maintenance, emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control.
Where legally permitted, Pastrills is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses, including lost profits, information, business opportunities, or business interruption.
Unless a longer period is legally required, claims must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information is processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and relevant data-protection laws, which may include the GDPR and electronic-communications legislation. Third-party providers may have separate privacy documentation that should also be reviewed where applicable.
15. Legal Compliance
Pastrills seeks to comply with applicable anti-corruption, anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering, and financial-crime requirements. By using the Services, you agree to follow all laws and regulations applicable to your activities, including relevant national, EU, international, and prohibited-transaction requirements.
16. Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links, advertisements, promotions, or references to third-party services. Pastrills does not control or guarantee their security, availability, content, products, services, accessibility, or business practices.
Use of external services is at your discretion and subject to their terms. To the extent permitted by law, Pastrills is not responsible for resulting losses or damages.
17. Marketing Communications
Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting the relevant party.
Marketing communications will stop within a reasonable period following a valid request. This does not prevent essential account or Membership communications, including payment notices, confirmations, security alerts, service announcements, and administrative messages.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for a breach caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, regulatory measures, infrastructure failures, or telecommunications disruptions.
The affected party should provide notice when reasonably practicable. Obligations may remain suspended while the event continues, with corresponding deadlines extended.
If the event lasts continuously for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the Agreement by written notice, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Copyright Complaints
Copyright complaints may be submitted to Pastrills and should provide sufficient information to identify the claimant, copyrighted work, and allegedly infringing material. The notice should include contact details, the copyright owner’s or authorized representative’s signature, identification of the work and material, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and confirmation that the information is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and protect Pastrills and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, members, licensors, content providers, co-branding partners, and commercial partners from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, proceedings, demands, and reasonable legal fees arising from:
- Your unauthorized or improper use of the Website or Services.
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
- Unlawful conduct.
- Disputes between you and Pastrills.
- Violation of another party’s rights.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory applicable law. Before pursuing a dispute, you should contact Pastrills and allow Customer Support an opportunity to resolve it.
Where legally available, unresolved disputes may be submitted to arbitration under applicable rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, arbitration will occur in Hong Kong before one arbitrator, with each party generally bearing its own legal costs.
Nothing limits mandatory EU consumer or product-liability rights, including applicable requirements under Directive 2011/83/EU and national implementing laws To the extent legally enforceable, you agree not to bring or participate in class, collective, representative, or similar proceedings concerning claims against Pastrills or related persons. Individual claims remain available where permitted by law.
Where lawful, Pastrills may seek injunctive relief and recover authorized costs concerning prohibited collective proceedings. This provision is severable from the remaining Terms.
22. General Provisions
These Terms and incorporated documents form the agreement governing your use of the Services. The Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Nothing creates an employment, partnership, agency, joint-venture, or similar relationship.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or interpreted to the extent necessary to remain enforceable, while the remainder continues in effect.
Where permitted, Pastrills may assign or transfer its contractual rights or obligations without prior consent or notice.
23. Changes
Pastrills may update these Terms or billing provisions to reflect changes in Services, operations, business arrangements, or law.
The current version will be published on the Website. Where consent or specific notice is legally required, Pastrills will provide it. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
24. Support and Feedback
Questions, complaints, suggestions, comments, and other Feedback may be sent to Customer Support.
Support may assist with accounts, billing, Subscriptions, and Services. By voluntarily submitting Feedback, you grant Pastrills the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and incorporate it for lawful business purposes without payment or royalties.
